Repair Services
Computer Repair: $55/hr
Server Repair: $70/hr
Onsite Repair: $75/hr
Fees
Unscheduled Call-out Fee: $50
Diagnostic Fee: $25 - $70
Cancellation Fee: $50 + hours worked
Storage Fee: $30 (Computers / laptop); $50 (Servers)
Delivery Fee: $20 - $45
Components, hardware, and equipment are not included. You will be charged for any components or hardware that is installed for the repair.
Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee is a incurred when the device is requested back before the work is done. You will have to pay the cancellation, plus any hours that have already been worked on the device.
Unscheduled Call-out Fee
Unscheduled / Unplanned call out fee is incurred when no appointment was made for onsite support / repairs.
Storage Fee
Storage fee is incurred when you fail to pick up the device at the schedule agreed time + 5 business days.
Delivery Fee
Delivery fee is incurred when you request for the device to be dropped off at your business's location.
